When registering your group, you'll be asked about your group size. That number is just an estimate to help us know how to plan. The registration deposit is $30 per person. 

The $275 per person covers all of the event costs including food, lodging, shower trailers (if applicable), speakers and worship leaders, ministry supplies, etc. 

The only additional costs you may need to account for are travel expenses and anything you want to do before or after Launch Box.
